Enrollment & On-Boarding Officer (PT)

Key Responsibility Area (KRA) - Attract values-aligned families and “Seal the deal” 

Primary Tasks

*Promotes Enrollment (and creates a promotion schedule) - works with Andrea White to keep all things “on brand” 

*Hosts tours, info sessions, parent-promoter nights, visits to other schools, 

*Generates projects that invite community families in the doors of the building to experience what ACCS has to offer

*Works with the admin assistant to follow up on all inquiries . . . all the way from the application, enrollment, and to an required 1:1 “on boarding” training: 

Family Handbook, FACTS Family Portal, Core Values, Policies & Procedures, Course Registration, etc. (everything they would normally do at back to school night they do complete at a 1:1 on-boarding meeting)
