Campus Pastor (PT):

Key Responsibilty Area (KRA) - Gaurd and grow Biblical ethos/spiritual formation of students and staff 

Primary Task: 

*Shepherd students, staff and families - generate activities/programs (and a calendar) to do this with intentionality

*Bible Deptarment Chair - teach a Bible Class & hire rest of Bible department teachers 

*Oversee scaffolding and sequencing Bible curriculum (first 7-12, then K-12)

*Coach Bible teachers (including elememenatry) 

*Organize chapel speakers & worship teams (work with admin for communication to speakers and calendar) 

*Oversee SEW planning

Qualifications:  

• Hold a baccalaureate degree from a college or university that is accredited
• Hold a master's degree in Christian ministry (theology, leadership, etc.) from an accredited college or university (preferred)
• Experience in K-12 Christian education (preferred)
