Activities Director + Activities Program Development Director

ACCS is seeking a highly energetic, organized and relational person to fill the important role of Athletics Director (AD) and Athletics & Arts Program Development Director. This role is includes organizing all athletics and arts program events, including locations, transportation and officials.

Additionally, the AD will oversee that all coaches meet requirements of the MSHSL and MCAC leagues, as well as receive the FAC coaches training. In addition, this role includes fundraising and community relations development to gather the needed resources to operate arts and athletics programs that are in line with our school's core values: Nurturing Hearts fo Jesus, Education the Whole Child, Cultivating Caring Community, Developing a World Class School and Inspiring Tomorrow's Leaders. ACCS is a member of the MN State High School League for cross country, Speech, one-act, knowledge bowl, golf and track & field. For volleyball and basketball, ACCS competes with schools in the MCAC (Minnesota Christian Athletic Conference).

Other preferred, but not required, credentials:

• Experience teaching or coaching in a middle or high school
• AD training, MSHSL
• Teaching licensure/experience
• Coaching licensure/training
• Leadership training
