Adminstrative Assistant:
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA): The primary responsibilities of the role of the administrative assistant is to assist the Head of School and Operations Director in their roles of maintaining and implementing effective and efficient systems in the areas of communication to parents and volunteers, record keeping, calendar management, special events and other needs of the administrators as they arise.

Key Skills:
- Clerical skills in filing paperwork, as well as organizing files electronically through Google Drive, spreadsheets and payroll record keeping
- Written and verbal communication skills for working with parents, businesses & church leaders and volunteers
- Life-long learner (especially in the area of being trained in using our SIS –student information system – FACTS)
- Capacity to manage several different types tasks throughout a week
- Ability to see and implement improvements to systems listed in the KRA of the job description
- Ability to discern and complete most important tasks for each day or week

Contract Days: Week before school starts in August through the first week in June. All school holidays and closings off. Some extra hours in the evenings when helping with special events.
Position open until filled. Start date of employment is July 1, 2025.
